From payment to estimated arrival

Average fulfillment time is estimated at 8–14 business days. Following payment confirmation, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3 business days, with estimated transit of 5–11 business days. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Arrival dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Serviceable addresses and checkout costs

Checkout displays supported delivery choices and charges for the goods and address entered. An active sales market does not mean every item can ship to every address. Review applicable taxes and the final total before payment.

The shipment information provided

Available tracking information is sent after dispatch. Carrier scans may appear later than a shipment notification. Items shipped separately may have different tracking numbers and arrival dates.

Keeping recipient details accurate

Verify the street, unit, city, region, postal code and requested contact details. Report a mistake to support@kelmvyn.com immediately. We confirm whether fulfillment or carrier handling still permits an amendment.

Import and local collections

Review the transaction disclosures for tax and duty treatment. Any lawful local or import charge not included at checkout may fall to the recipient only as disclosed and legally permitted. We do not assume all deliveries include prepaid duties.

What happens when timing changes

Remote destinations, customs, holidays, weather and carrier disruption can affect delivery. Contact us about significant delays. If a US order cannot be dispatched within the promised or legally required period, we seek consent to a revised dispatch date or offer cancellation and a prompt refund for unshipped goods as required by law.

A parcel that has not arrived correctly

Send the order and tracking reference with details of a missing, damaged or misdelivered parcel. Check carrier notices, safe delivery locations and household members where relevant. Preserve available photos and damaged packaging for review.

Undeliverable parcel review

A refused, uncollected or undeliverable parcel is reviewed according to its cause and carrier outcome. We explain any proposed reshipment and lawful, substantiated costs. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
